Together, we’ll create a customized health and wellness plan that will give you confidence that robust health will be available during retirement.

As a National Board Certified Health Coach I’ll provide you personalized support based on the latest evidence and practices in health and wellness. I’m trained to use science-backed strategies to help you create sustainable lifestyle changes that improve your overall health.

And as an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I’ll create an exercise routine that is safe, helps you maintain lean muscle, and meets you where you are.

I’ll work closely with you to set clear, achievable goals within your unique situation, and provide accountability. I’ll guide you through behavior change, helping you stay on track, overcome obstacles, build healthy habits as well as a strong relationship with food, and celebrate progress, which is essential for your long-term success.

I’ll take a holistic view of your health, addressing not just physical well-being but also emotional, mental, and social factors.

I’ll support you in improving all aspects of your health, such as stress management, sleep, nutrition, social support, and exercise, to promote overall balance and well-being.
