I’ve dealt with every issue possible like body dysmorphia, chronic illness (diagnosed with MS in 2006), weight issues, feeling lethargic. You name it, I’ve been there, done that. 

So I know how frustrating it is to feel like you’re doing all the “right” things, but always ending up back where you started. With another failed attempt and an empty wallet in your rearview mirror.

I also know what it feels like to succeed. You see, I figured out something that the health and wellness industry is just realizing. 

To truly thrive in life and experience total transformation, you have to think outside the box of just “diet and exercise.”
